Long-time vegetarian and full-on vegan since Sept. 2013, Lauren spins the oats in so many easily yumful ways you will never tire of it day, night, snack or feast. She really is ridiculously creative in the kitchen...she's even got Pizza Porridge too!  :)

It's also National Oatmeal Month...doubledelicious whammy!
Don't let the word "overnight" fool you...you can also just let your oatey treat sit in the fridge for a few hours if that's all you've got. Now go eat your oats!  :)
