Happy Cantaloupe Day!

Blogger of the Day: Kristen at K's Veg Recipes

Bust out your ballers cuz it's Cantaloupe Day!  ;)
Here's How to Choose and Cut a Cantaloupe, How to Ball and Basket a Cantaloupe, The Art of Carving a Cantaloupe and All About Cantaloupe Goodness  :)

You can just cut them in half, scoop out the seeds and plop in your fave vegan yogurt or ice cream...yumza! Or ball them up with other melon balls for a colorful fruitball salad. Or go protein healthy like Kristen did with her lima avo salad! Kristen is a happy new mom and cheerful companion to Captain the Vizsla...such a sweet pup! Check out K's site for lots of healthy summery recipes and get your balls rolling!  :)
