Happy National Vegan Cheese Day!

Blogger of the Day: Abby at The Frosted Vegan

Waffles for dinner? Popsicles for breakfast? Abby mixes everything up in the most crazydelicious way! It's not easy being a vegan in a city known for racing sausages, in a state called "America's Dairyland", in a land where the football fans wear cheesehead hats, but Abby kicks carnivore butt with her crueltyfree recipes! I'd happily have one of everything on her inventive menu, but today, in honor of Vegan Cheeseheads everywhere, I especially want these...

Celebrate National Doughnut Week with Abby's extravagant rings!  :)

This gifted girl needs to open The Frosted Vegan Bakery! Until then relish the rest of Abby's recipes for more decadent deliciousness!

How are you celebrating Vegan Cheese Day? What's your fave way to eat cheese? Are you a nut for nooch? Have you rescued any cute cows lately? ;)

  1. Now I know what day it is, I will probably make cashew cheese, with plenty of nooch in it... I like to think we vegans are rescuing cows as a species every day by following veganism, but I once bought 2 calves and gave them to a friend who keeps rescued cows to save them from slaughter (they were from a tb- infected herd). They grew up to be the most beautiful, sassy and gentle beings!
