Happy Hamantaschen :)

Hamantaschen are traditional triangular-shaped Jewish pastries, typically filled with fruit, seeds, chocolate or cheese. Back when I worked in a bakery those deliciously tasty triangles always sold out superquickly!
Last night I helped a friend find vegan recipes for them so here's what we found!
