September 21st is holiday overload! International Day of Peace, International Rabbit Day, World Gratitude Day and Miniature Golf Day, Arbor Day in Brazil, Spring Day in Argentina...the list goes on and on! It's also National Pecan Cookie Day and since I bought a bucket of pecans to make homemade nut butter, I'm grabbing some to make pecan cookies too. Let's launch cookie-baking season!
