One Elephant Lost Every 15 Minutes

One elephant, every 15 minutes is killed for its ivory tusks. At this rate wild African elephants will be extinct by 2025.

The International March for Elephants has been organised by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust through their iworry campaign and will be taking place on October 4th in 15 cities across the globe in the single largest demonstration of awareness for the species.

Join us for the peaceful, "International March for Elephants" to raise global awareness of the illegal ivory trade, its dire impact on elephant populations, human rights issues, national security and global economy, and ask our Governments to END it.

Official marches will take place in Arusha, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Edinburgh, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Munich, Nairobi (march has been replaced by a vigil), New York City, Rome, Toronto, Washington DC and Wellington with supporting marches in other cities such as San Francisco and a digital march online.

Get involved.
