Chilly days are inching in and that means sweaters, scarves and big bowls of soup! Chicken noodle soup is probably America's most popular soup but even as a not-yet-vegan kid, I hated it. Those mysteriously spongychewy bits of chicken creeped me out...I usually just slurped up everything else and left them stranded in the bowl. :P
I do love slurping soupy noodles though so I'm diggin' out The Big Spoon today. ;)
