Espresso is expected after every holiday meal in our family, along with a lineup of sweet wines and flavored spirits. My lovable old Italian uncles still like their espresso the old-fashioned stove-top flippy way. One of these days they'll warm up to The Espresso Revolution! :)
Espresso baked with yumful chocolate is always crazygood...you don't taste the coffee as much as you taste superamazingly rich chocolate bliss. Give it a shot! ;)
