A Happy Thanks!

A quick but sincere note of gratitude to allvegan East Side Ovens, home of the most squealingly yumful blueberry muffins on the planet...they provided me with a special order chocolate cake for a triple birthday celebration we are having this weekend. It was fabulous, rich and chocolatey with just the right cake/frosting balance, and it was devoured quickly by vegans and nonvegans alike. Many thanks to the ESO team...cheers!  :)
