The Art of the Papaya

Happy National Papaya Month!
Papayas, nicknamed "fruit of the angels", are sweetly filling and velvety smooth and jammed full of healthy goodness, especially vitamin C! I love eating them fresh from the market but it's also fun to see papaya artistry in action...

  1. Oh my I didn't know it was Papaya month, I've made two dishes this month with papaya - one of which I think you will approve - a papaya salsa
I am liking all of these recipes that you have linked up so am bookmarking this post for the future. Thank you

    1. Fruit-based salsa are my favorite and your papaya version hits my vegan Yum! button. :)
      Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  2. So much pretty papaya action! I've eaten it fresh many times, but I've never used it as an ingredient. Lots of tasty looking options here!

    1. I especially like it in raw recipes...chilly papaya makes me happy. :)

  3. Happy Papaya Day! I love papaya & nut milk smoothie!

    1. Papayas are made for smoothies...they're already sweet and rich and practically slurpable!
