The Art of the Papaya

Happy National Papaya Month!
Papayas, nicknamed "fruit of the angels", are sweetly filling and velvety smooth and jammed full of healthy goodness, especially vitamin C! I love eating them fresh from the market but it's also fun to see papaya artistry in action...

  2. So much pretty papaya action! I've eaten it fresh many times, but I've never used it as an ingredient. Lots of tasty looking options here!

    1. Papayas are made for smoothies...they're already sweet and rich and practically slurpable!
