Professional Vegan Pastry Chef Carly's resume includes awesome gigs at legendary vegan restaurant Blossom NYC, at cosmocool Whole Foods NYC and at sadly-missed vegan-friendly Saint Cupcake PDX (which has morphed into newly opened and hopefully vegan-friendly Sprinklefingers!). That impressive list means that Carly has mastered vegan baking insideout, upsidedown and everyway to delicious! Just check out her classic Banana Bread and the many tasteful ways she spins it! :)
