Thanks for sharing this amazing blog- such beautiful presentation. I love blood oranges and like them in a beetroot salad/ slaw maybe with walnuts or cumin seeds. I found out that dragon fruit can be halved and frozen and spooned out of its skin like sorbet- easy. healthy snack. Cutting a dragon fruit for the first time was a surprise because of the colour contrast :)
