On the old school food calendar today is chicken cordon bleu day but cheese stuffed in a chicken is too wrong in too many ways. So we're doing up cruelty-free cheese stuffed in cruelty-free calzones instead...takes almost no time, tastes crazydelish and the innocent chickens and cows will thank you! :)
Vegan Happy Hour is an homage to all things crunchy, crispy and totally craveable on a late night out with friends or for a weekend of Final Four watching. Kegs and cocktails are optional. The calzones are not. ;)
Best thing about calzones is you can fill them with whatever you wish...what would you choose? What's your favorite late night indulgence? Game day munchable?

Fried guacamole is brilliant.
ReplyDeleteI know, it just rocks the guac world! I must try it with ice cube trays or silicone molds, and maybe see if it works with hummus too...I hope it does. Fried lemon garlic hummus balls...yumza! :)
