Helyn is a nutritarian which means she chooses foods that have the highest nutritional punch for their caloric buck. Her Healthy Kitchen is busting out with boatloads of vegan goodness and most of it is gluten-free! Smoothies, salads, sauces, sammies and stews, and more sweets than you can imagine! Helyn's a baker-turned-blogger so she knows how to create healthy vegan treats with just a tease of decadence like these chocolatedrizzled dreams... ;)
