Nothing could make me happier than crispycoated tofu so yes, I've replaced the traditional "National Glazed Spiral Ham Day" today with Tofu In A Coat Day! And starring centerstage is this yummarific pretzel and cashew crispycoated tofu from Vicky and Ruth! These East Coast sisters were born into a Jewish Lebanese family and were raised in Barcelona so their cooking is a crosscontinental menu of healthy flavors and easy treats. They've created boatloads of craveable vegan recipes (many are kosher and Passover-friendly too) so hop over to MIHTR and get your coat on! :)
