Shannon is a bunnyloving baking goddess. Honestly I get mindspins from her deliciously prolific kitchen...she bakes up so many supermunchable vegan treats! Just as fast as a killer bunny pops out little killer bunnies. ;)
About that name, she says..."whenever someone asks what I want to do with my future self it has always been 'Take over the world! With bunnies!'. World domination would be so easy with an army of killer bunnies. It’s perfect." Love it! :)

Who knew there was a National Coffee Cake Day?! YUM! My mom made the best almond poppy seed coffee cake! Now ya got me thinking about cake. :) I may have to dig that recipe out and give it a whirl!
