Saturday's the perfect stir fry day...between cleaning, catching up, playing and partying, ya gotta eat right? Superpowered broccoli comes to the rescue! If I could only eat one veggie for the rest of my life, broccoli would be it. It's ridiculously healthy, plentiful and cheap, and easy to steam up or stir up into a plateful of amazing yumfulness!
Dreena is a vegan superstar, with helpful videos, resources and cookbooks, plus hundreds of recipes for every occasion. Her broccoli teriyaki is one of my faves, with chunks of saucy veggies and cashews on whatever rice (or quinoa or couscous) you like. It's colorful and quick and goes great in a wrap too! :)
