Happy National Nachos Day!

Legend says that nachos were born when restaurant professional "Nacho" Anaya needed to fix something quick to serve some last minute customers...the cheddarsmothered chips were an instant hit and it wasn't long before they conquered our cheesehungry world! Nachos top the lists for alltimefavorite afterschool snacks, movie munchies, fancy appetizers and bartime wonderfoods, and a basic plate is so easy to make. Ashley's an expert on nutrition, wellness and yoga too...her gentle approach to life seeks a calm balance between mind and body, between achieving your goals and living and loving in the present moment.
