My sister is a pickle freak...she isn't happy unless she has at least one jar of pickles in the fridge at all times. I counted once and there were 6 jars in varying states of emptiness. I swear if she could have a separate pickle fridge, she would. Her nickname as a kid was Pickles...it still is. ;)
Are you a secret pickle stasher? If so, unscrew those jars and pick a pickle dish!

Do you love pickles? Dill or sweet or...? Do you know any pickle freaks? How many pickle jars are in your refrigerator? ;)
I LOVE PICKLES! I think they are probably my all-time favourite food, since I was a child. I used to drink the pickle juice from the jar when I had finished all the pickles...gross!! And whenever I had a tummy ache as a kid I would ask for pickles because they made my stomach feel better... I cannot wait to try deep fried pickles!!!
ReplyDeletelol...you and my sister and lots of people drink pickle juice! Plus there are all sorts of ways to use it. Pickle people are so creative! :)
DeleteI'm not a fan of pickles unless if they're spicy but Mike loves them. A lot of recipes here he'd love to eat!
ReplyDeleteYou might try Joni's Spicy Garlic Dill Pickles if you like garlic, pepper and mustard seeds. As for Mike, dill is high in calcium so he should have jars and jars of them for healing his battered bones. ;)
DeleteWe love pickles here, but we've never had any deep fried. Have to give those a try.
ReplyDeleteI bet your Dragon Breath Sandwiches with pickles are fabulous...I definitely need to try these!
