Happy National Noodle Month...The Rice Noodle Edition!

If you like curling up with a bowlful of yum and gazing at crazyamazing photography of wildlife on the wing, then i eat food will mesmerize you. Renae's a whiz at whipping up international recipes and she's also an ace outdoor photographer...her frozen-in-motion raptor shots are overthemoon cool!

Today it's Rice Noodle Day and hey, it's also National Peanut Month so let's see what Renae's got cooking with both!

  1. Way to use your noodle! ;) Rice noodles are wonderful, but a rarity around here simply because they can be a bit fussier to prepare. Nothing compares to the texture though, so it's always worth the extra prep work. Pad Thai just wouldn't be the same without them!
