Cloudberries and Spice is only seven months old but I can tell right now this blog is blossoming into a great beauty. Julia and Michael met in Italy, bonded over his risotto and relocated to London where they continue to conjure up vividly delicious dishes, all vegan and gluten-free! I'm over-the-moon-happy to have found them especially in time for Pine Nut Day...I was planning on pesto but ohgoodgolly I saw that Farinata and went off the deep end into happyveganbliss. :)
