Onion rings are simple things but I like 'em baked and crunchy. Magnificently brilliant Marya uses crushed rice crackers (genius!) to give her rings an extrayumful megacrunch! :)

ReplyDeleteDefinitely a latenight munchfest thing. Your Portobello Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions and Garbanzo Fritters in a Pita makes them pale in comparison. Crazydelicious stuff! :)
