Thanks for this- will investigate this blog for sure, as I want to get some raw inspiration. I adore mangoes in just about any shape or form; with cashew cream and frozen as kulfi, with coconut and dehydrated as cookies, in smoothies and juices, with chilli and coriander as a relish... you name it, if it's mango I'll eat it !
