Happy Blueberry Ice Cream Day!

Blogger of the Day: Debbie at The Health Seekers Kitchen

The last blast of blue for National Blueberry Month is a deliciously chilly scoop perched on a succulent fruit! If peaches don't spin your spurs, try mango or papaya...or skip the fruit and go with a cone or bowl with sprinkelz. Lots and lots of sprinkelz.  :)

Debbie is a Natural Health & Healing Counselor so her recipes are packed with plantbased goodness...yippee! She offers an assortment of classes at the Bosch Kitchen Center in Sandy, Utah...past classes included "Superfoods for Super Health", "No-Knead Artisan Breads, Sourdough Breads and Raw Nut Cheese Spreads", "Make Your Own Raw Cultured Sauerkraut & Kimchi", "Salsa Fermentada ~ A New Way to Salsa" and "A Night in Tuscany". Plenty of sampling too!  :)

That wraps up Blueberry Month in the US, but Canada celebrates it in August! Find blueberry facts & FAQs and more recipes too...

Do you take cooking classes? What skill or recipe would you like to learn in a class? How are you celebrating the Blues?  ;)

  1. Your blog is always a source of inspiration, sharing other fellow bloggers blogs and recipes, thank you.

I've only a handful of blueberries, that will probably be enjoyed fresh or maybe on a muffin.
