Pubs: 365 Vegan Smoothies
If I can't bask in the sun on the warm white sands of a tropical island, at least I can dream the tropical life with a sweet taste of papaya! It's packed full of health-boosting nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C and lycopene, plus it's crazyamazing in smoothies, pies, puddings, sauces and just eaten raw...yumza! :)
Kathy is one of many supertalented pillars of the vegan community...her recipes are breathtakingly creative, fresh and colorful and incredibly helpful too! She takes the time to explain esoteric ingredients, she details complex steps in fabulous photos and she is generous with her wealth of knowledge and experience. A trip to her blog is always spinningly fun and I do believe I feel a bit happier (and healthier) whenever I stop by! :)
