Gena gently addresses the subject of eating disorders, something which touches most people's lives in one way or another. While she doesn't give professional advice, she shares insight and experience, resources and guidance. She truly has the heart and soul of a healer. I'd bet my last macaroon that she's going to make a fabulous doctor, and that she'll win her patients over in a heartbeat! :)
Now on to the yumful stuff! I made Gena's smooth-as-silk vanilla pudding for my birthday a couple years ago and it was the best thing on the planet...I ate 2 bowls right off! Now that I've got a big batch of ripe red strawberries, I need to make this again, but this time I'm scooping it into giant ice cream cones and adding chocolate chips just for thrills and giggles. ;)
