Happy British Sandwich Week!

Blogger of the Day: Aine at PeaSoup
Pubs: Cookbook coming September 2014!

Yay for the UK, home of the famous Chip Butty, for celebrating sandwiches all week long with a charity-driven campaign that's "Good for Everyone"!  :)

Let's start the week off with The Humdinger! This glowing stack of glorious veggitude was invented by Aine (pronounced On-ya), an Irish-born actress, writer and vegan convert since mid2010. Her bright fresh recipes are irresistibly imaginative combinations of plant-based yumfulness! In addition to sharing her delicious delights at Chef Marcus Samuelsson‘s website and One Green Planet, she writes on fashion, film and the whims of popular culture at Hunger TV and on her own blog too. Aine and hubby have hopped from Chicago to London to all over Cornwall. Her newest slice of British paradise is soon to be by the sea in the sweet charmfilled village of Mousehole! Stop by PeaSoup and give her a housewarming cheer...and check out her recipes too!  :)

What was the last sandwich you ate? Which do you prefer...hot sandwiches or cold? Have you visited the coast of Cornwall? Is there a magically charming village you dream of living in?  :)

    1. lol...it's actually chip butties! Every time this week rolls around I'm reminded of these ridiculously addicting things so I get hooked on them for a few weeks. BBQ'd potato wedges on a grilled bun with all sorts of filling/sauce choices...just too yumful! :)
