Pro-photographer and vegan baker Kelly has shot from zero to vegan star since day one. Here's just part of her bio...
"My first cookbook, The Vegan Cookie Connoisseur, was written in high school and then published in 2010. I began a self-directed book tour with events in New York City, San Francisco, Milwaukee, Chicago, and my hometown of Grayslake, IL. My latest cookbook, Cheers to Vegan Sweets, was released in November 2013..."
I've already bought 3 copies of VCC...1 for me and 2 as gifts (along with a bag of vegan chocolate chips). We all have baked, compared and exchanged a gazillion cookies cuz of this girl!  :)

And now for pie! It's a Pie Holiday today so bake your vegan PiePants off! I'm supercrazybusy right now so Kelly's Moon Pies will do it for me...I'll save the Peach Pie recipe for later!  ;)

And more from her original website too...

  1. These recipes look seriously good! I have given cookbooks as gifts, and the one I would most like to get is "Artisan Vegan Cheeses". For dessert, you can't beat a tofu cheesecake, in my opinion. I make a nice chocolate-y one. I also love savoury pastry pies like vegan Homity pies (See my blog for both)
